Joan Johnson
Joan Johnson is the proud founder and owner of L. Johnson Construction. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board and Executive Vice President and is heavily involved in day to day operations, providing advisement to all departments including the President and CFO. She is the cornerstone of the company, which has allowed LJC to grow from a small backyard contractor to one of the leading masonry contractors in Southern California.

Larry Johnson Jr.
With decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, Larry Jr. has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach and reputation. By the time Larry Jr. received his business degree from Point Loma he’d already had years of working hands on in the family business. With over 25 years as a mason and experience running some of the largest masonry freeway projects, Larry Jr. now oversees all construction and serves as CFO. He cites working side by side with his father as the highlight of his career.

Susan Johnson
Susan Johnson has been an invaluable executive at L. Johnson Construction for almost two decades. Her long history on the residential side of the business prepared her for dual roles as current President and CEO. Susan’s unique ability to communicate with integrity allows her to work well with both clients and the office staff. Her management experience helps her streamline operations and continue to grow the business.
